Stadium Lofts is the first mixed-use community in Anaheim’s Platinum Triangle redevelopment district – a few blocks from Angel Stadium. This elegant condominium project features prairie-style architecture and invokes architectural details and styling inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright.

NG+P designed the luxury units to encircle an above-grade garage, hiding it from view, and enabling the residents to park and live on the same level, providing easy access to and from their units and creating safety for the residents while keeping construction costs down for the builder.

Ground floor commercial uses located along Katella Avenue include an 8,100 square foot El Torito restaurant, a juice bar and a sandwich shop. The building establishes a sense of place and the restaurant is a destination focal point, attracting customers attending the festivities, concerts and sporting events at Angel Stadium. Residents enjoy a resort atmosphere with courtyards, a swimming pool and spa, a clubhouse with meeting and game rooms and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
