This 288-unit development is located in Temecula, California and features garden walk-up style apartments, including townhomes and stacked flats for a total of 19 individual buildings. The design celebrates Spanish-style architecture with colorful ceramic tile, tile roofs, terra cotta pavers and trim, and wood shutters.

All units have generous outdoor spaces, either balconies or private patios. The project includes such amenities as a 6,252 sq. ft. clubhouse with social spaces, fitness center, and a business center. The large outdoor areas include a large pool with spas, and pocket parks including a dog park. There are pedestrian walkways throughout including access gates into the project, and front doors and front porches addressing the street. Parking is available via private garages, covered carports and surface lots.
