This 352 unit mixed-use, transit-oriented development is located within the Warner Center Specific Plan in Woodland Hills, California. Located at the Erwin & De Soto intersection, the property will occupy 3.7 acres near Freeway 101, East of Westfield’s Topanga Village Mall, approximately 30 minutes from downtown Los Angeles. As a transit-oriented development, the property will be located alongside the De Soto / Erwin bus stops.
