This 1.93 acre urban-infill site is located in the heart of downtown South Pasadena and is just steps from the Metro Gold Line’s Mission Station. 820 Mission will be a transit-oriented, walkable neighborhood that provides a sense of community.

The project will also include the adaptive reuse of an existing 3-story office building by incorporating a variety of stacked flats and 2-story townhomes. A 6,400 sf. “central park” has been designed to create us-able open space for residents to enjoy. The “central park” includes the re-location from on-site an existing 100 year old “Chinese Pistache” tree thus becoming the focal point of the park.
