This proposed urban mixed-use village in the heart of San Diego’s redevelopment district is scheduled to open along with a new football arena. The neo-traditional designs foster a feeling of old town. The pedestrian friendly design compliments the transit-oriented neighborhood.

The village is 46.1 acres and features 2,150 total units. Two hundred units are hotel rooms and four hundred units are designated as affordable housing. There is 32,000 square feet of retail & commercial space, providing residents with much needed local conveniences.
