This development is located in Bothell, WA, located just 20 minutes outside of Downtown Seattle. Situated within an office park complex and within walking distance of transit and businesses the site encompasses approximately 28.36 acres and is surrounded by a natural wetlands habitat.

The exterior architecture is designed with an industrial vocabulary utilizing a variety of metal siding panels, metal screens, structural steel and brick, complementing the adjacent office buildings.
