The Cottages feature Neo-Traditional architecture and consist of 2-1/2 story attached townhomes with tuck under garages. Also included are 2-story stacked flats with direct access garages. These units were creatively placed within the corners of each building to provide a sense of scale and variety in the roof scape.

The perimeter of the 200 homes (22.3du/ac), ranging from 1,247 to 2,235 square feet, is lined with porches, large windows, shutters, dormers, private terraces and balconies. These distinct design elements create a community atmosphere and encourage social and pedestrian interaction.

Each building was designed to hide the garages in the alleys and to provide front door visibility from streets and green belts. This was achieved by creating private internal motor courts behind the homes in the alleys accessible via private driveways.
