The site is ideally located next to freeways, downtown Riverside and the UC Riverside campus providing a variety of plans comprising of studio, one, two and three bedroom units, ranging from 483 SF to 1,247 SF catering to a wide demographic. The development will maintain vehicular and pedestrian linkages to the surrounding retail through the site while providing ample landscaping and tree canopies creating a resort like oasis setting.
The development will feature four story residential buildings with tuck under private garages, landscaped carports and robust site amenities to include a 3,000 SF clubhouse with direct access 2,100 SF terrace above a 2,000 SF, two story fitness, resort style swimming pool, common areas with bbq, lawn and recreation spaces. Several large roof terraces are provided at all buildings that capture the surrounding mountain and sunset views.
The architecture is inspired by a desert modernism vernacular, with clean lines and monochromatic color schemes accented by wood siding and metal screens, railings and gates that create an elegant and timeless visual composition.
