This 412-unit multifamily development is located on approximately 17 acres of underserved, vacant land in the northern part of the city limits of Waxahachie, Texas. The project features a total of eleven three- and four-story garden walkup buildings in ell and bar configurations with tuck under parking, containing a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units.

A large central park provides opportunities for communal gathering, lounging, entertaining and recreation. In addition, an approximately 9,000 SF amenity complex will include the Leasing, Clubhouse and Fitness areas, encompassing a large resort style pool, pool terrace with cabanas, BBQ/entertaining spaces and a pickleball court. These amenities, coupled with the perimeter dog park and landscaped walking trails will provide residents with ample opportunities for active and passive recreation at their doorsteps.

The project architecture draws inspiration from the Texas hill country style, with its use of stone and timber detailing and neutral color palettes, nodding to the surrounding area’s historic, cultural, and agrarian roots.
