This urban mixed-use neighborhood combines the feel of old-world Southwestern architecture and the design/planning principles of a Neo-traditional community. The neighborhood is pedestrian friendly and features a central village green and community center. The Neo-traditional design elements of the community provide for pedestrian links to the major courtyards that radiate from the neighborhood center, and a strong visual axis to a major neighborhood fountain.
