This 259 unit mixed-use, transit-oriented development is located within the Warner Center Specific Plan in Woodland Hills, California. Locatedat the Erwin & Variel intersection, the propertywill occupy 2.53 acres near Freeway 101, East of Westfield’s Topanga Village Mall, approximately 30 minutes from downtown Los Angeles.

The “Q” on Erwin development will become partof the luxury oriented “Q” brand which will featureconvenience oriented amenities such as Con-cierge and Valet service, hotel units, live/work spaces, 51,684 sf of non-residential commercial / restaurant and creative office space. In additionthe development will provide residents with approximately 17,993 sf of common amenity space.

The project will have a variety of plan types com-prised of Studios, Live / Work, Lofts, one, two and three-bedroom units ranging from 609 – 1,506 sf. Communal areas will feature resident lounge, media lounge, a dramatic multi-story fitness and training gym w/ spin and yoga, game room w/ bar and exclusive viewing sky lounge. In addition the development will feature an expansive outdoor resort style pool amenity with lounge seating, fire pits and hammocks for relaxing.

Construction is expected to commence in 2020 and is slated for completion by 2023.
