This 280 unit mixed-use development is located within the Tapo Street Redevelopment Area in Simi Valley, California.  Located along Tapo Street, the property is part of a 14.57 acre commercial redevelopment in the heart of Simi Valley. The mixed-use development will add a market rate and affordable residential component to a revitalized commercial and retail center in addition to a community park.

The three and four story wrap development will feature a mix of Live / work, studio, one and two bedroom units, 4,750 sf of retail and a resident creative office space. In addition, the development will provide residents with approximately 8,000 sf of common amenity space, resort style pool, landscape courtyards with amenities, rooftop terraces and a 20,000 SF community park.

The project architecture is based on a contemporary interpretation of the Spanish style, prevalent in the rich history of Simi Valley.
