The project site provides approximately 100,000 SF of common open space with walking trails, pocket parks, pool and recreation amenities, two large rooftop terraces and a landscaped urban plaza fronting onto the man public street.

The development features 2 three story on grade buildings with tuck under parking and one 4 story on grade building with tuck under parking and a central 3 story 7,300 square foot Clubhouse and Fitness amenity central structure with a large roof terrace overlooking the pool to the south and park to the north. Additional amenities are a 3,400 square foot leasing with double volume ceilings, business center, dog wash and ski maintenance facilities.
