This 360 unit residential project is located on a 15.89 acre site within the City of Meridian, Idaho.

The project is designed to provide direct pedestrian linkages to the adjacent commercial and retail developments with 100,000 square feet of on site recreational trails, landscaped areas and pocket parks.

The development features 10 three story on grade buildings with surface parking, organized in pairs around individual landscaped courtyards designed to have distinct landscape themes and recreational amenities. Included is a central 31,400 square foot Amenity Complex with a 10, 000 square foot Clubhouse and Leasing center with pool and park.

The exterior building design and materials are inspired by a modern interpretation of traditional Farmhouse architecture and nodding to the area’s agrarian roots.
