This residential project is located in the Rancho Del Oro Specific Plan on the northwest corner of Old Grove Road and College Blvd. Terraza Village will consist of four buildings ranging from 10-25 DU/AC. A total of 338 Units consisting of one, two and three-bedroom units, ranging from 768-1,399 SF, along with a 6,942 SF clubhouse. The clubhouse will include amenities such as a state-of-the-art fitness center, high-tech media room, business center, culinary arts, clubroom and game room.

The leasing center and manager’s office will be located in the front entrance of the clubhouse. Rancho Del Oro is considered one of the most livable communities in San Diego County. Terraza Village is the last residential village to develop in the Rancho Del Oro Specific Plan area. As such, this village will reflect site planning and product type that is contemporary with current market conditions. It is envisioned that Terraza Village will have a transitional-suburban aesthetic and “feel”. At the same time, however, care will be given to create a unique place that is respectful toward the environmental needs.
