The proposed development will include both market rate and affordable housing units on approximately 1.13 acres along Washington Blvd. with street front retail. The proposed project shall provide over 4,600 sf of shared amenities to include Club/Lounge, Fitness, and Laundry facilities. The podium level garden courts provide over 15,000 sf of common open space for a variety of Studio, 1BR, 2BR and 3BR units ranging in size from 451-1201 sf.

The building shall include 3 stories of wood frame type VA construction above a Type 1A  on grade podium. The architecture creates a series of “block forms”  with a combination of brick veneer and multi-colored facades. The soft Industrial/warehouse style is in harmony with the neighboring buildings with large panelized storefronts and includes a touch of commissioned graffiti.
