In a collaborative partnership with Callison Architecture, the team at Newman Garrison + Partners designed 50 single family homes as part of a larger master planned resort community.

The luxury villas, ranging in size from 3,300-3,800 square feet, feature five bedrooms and either four and one half or five and one half bathrooms.

The plan also includes a variety of Tuscan and Andalusian architectural styles, as well as an incredible 10,000 sf clubhouse.
