This 147 unit mixed-use development is located adjacent to the Azusa Pacific College Campus in Azusa, California.  Located at the intersection of Alosta Avenue and Citrus Avenue , the property is part of a 5.5 acre commercial redevelopment along historic route 66. The mixed use development will add a residential component to a revitalized commercial and retail center serving the college campus along with the neighborhood

The three and four story podium development will feature a mix of studio, one and two bedroom units and 4,500 sf of retail space adjacent to a ground level public plaza. In addition the development will provide residents with approximately 11,000 sf of common amenity space that include a clubhouse, fitness center, resort style pool at podium level and a rooftop terrace.

The project is architecture is based on a contemporary interpretation of the Spanish style, prevalent in the rich history of the City of Azusa and surrounding area.
