This proposed Mixed-Use development is located within the heart of Valencia Town Center, situated adjacent to the Valencia Country Club and the Hyatt Regency Valencia hotel. The project will consist of 60 luxury apartment homes ranging in size from 465 to 1,014 sf. and will include a mix of Studio, one bedroom, loft mezzanine and two bedroom units. The ground floor level shall include approximately 7,017 sf. of office space along with 1,845 sf of retail. Parking for the 60 unit residential component shall be provided by an automated parking system one level below grade. Due to the constraints of the site the automated parking was utilized to maximize the required parking while providing an efficient, cost saving solution. The architectural façade of the upper residential levels were designed to maintain conformity to the overall Valencia Town Center theme. However a change in vocabulary to celebrate the commercial / retail element was a significant departure. The semi-circular steel and glass retail façade extends from the more traditional stylistic approach while providing a visually “iconic” anchor.

Residents will enjoy an expanded roof top terrace on the 5th level overlooking the San Fernando Valley, Valencia Town Center and the Valencia Country Club. The 2,000 sf roof top terrace will include amenities such as bar and lounge seating, outdoor movie theater, game table and exercise area for yoga and stretching. In addition to the roof top terrace amenity, residence can also enjoy at the ground level, a relaxing TV club/lounge, demonstration kitchen and game room. Residence will have convenient access to leisure activities such as golf, Six Flags Magic Mountain, dining and shopping.
